Scam druid - Blivian - facta non verba

Hi there as the Thread subject says i got scammed by this druid on gold.
i mainly paid peoples to join up with me and clear black temple an simply raid for transmog gear run. and then this druid decided to leave middle of the raid for no reason at all and went to Teldrassil. many mins later he whisper me back and tells me he got glitched dc? yeah right(not). he was standing AFK there. never got the gold back even if it was only 500g . it could been worse and handle about more gold. thing is i find it lame that peoples do this crap for small amount of gold and a bad name / rep.

anyway you might think i was an idiot that gave him all the gold and it's easy to get scammed but thing is. i find it sad that you can't trust on no one anymore and respect.

Basically, I have 15-20k I want shifting from Alliance - Terenas to Horde - Draenor.

Reason for this is I've recently gone over to Horde - Draenor after 7 years of being on Alliance - Terenas to join some friends and enjoy other aspects of the game (Such as story/lore, since its a lot more rich on Horde).

Yaspresents arena tourny.

So for those of you that PvP you'll have noticed that Yaspresents guild is doing a EU arena tourny. And with MoP getting closer and closer, why not do something for shits and giggles to end a arena season. - The Yaspresents tourny got me thinking.

For those of you interested (And the people from my old Battlemaster premade)
Gonna do Terenas's very own arena tourny. Because you can't have cross faction wargames. It will mostly likely have to be done on the TR for those of you that are horde and want to participate. This is totally for a bit of fun but there will be a prize at the end for the winning team. We'll run it similar to the NAO and Yaspresents tourny. By livestreaming, and having other people in the arena aka spectators. It would be 3v3 and best out of 5 matches.

Rules would be very similar to the sponsored tournaments such as;
45 sec dc rule
any setup with 1 healer

Aslong as I can get the numbers to make this into a proper 'tournament' I'll get it set up asap. Granted Diablo is being released in like 2 days. So it can always be put on hold until some of the hype dies down.

Hey guys and dolls,

I'm going to put together a premade group for Arathi Basin and/or Eye of the Storm tomorrow (Saturday 12th of May) - ideally will start about 1pm (2pm server time).

Basically, I'm in need of 30 EotS victories and 32 AB victories (aswell as AB Prefection) for my Battlemaster title. Albeit it's easy enough to just farm BGs all day in randoms, these two are my least favourite to do.

If anyone is interested in coming along, please post on here, or find me on Içu in-game.

Not entirely bothered about gear and ?&@#, but not keen on a group of people who'll be facerolled and be worse than a PUG. We'll either use Skype/TS3 to communicate and everyone will need AV preform addon enabled.

Just like to note this is Alliance, and it's premade BGs not Rated.

My friends playing on Frostmane (some of you may know him as Khazir).
Scroll of rezz is a free ten days so thought i'd try it out maybe for a while, see if i can get into it.

He's giving me a scroll of rezz and was wondering which of you that i may remember still play on Terenas?
Was thinking of transferring Toe across, but realised you only get one free transfer so will possibly be doing druid instead.

Also; hows the pvp scene nowadays?

You may know me as Hektros aka the bossman aka godlike. You may also remember me as a freedom fighter being compared to Tupac, Karl Marx and Rosa Parks. And of course there's the fanboys remembering me as a "chubby kid"

I felt it has been way too long so I came by with this update.

We all know the real story about what happen in this server regarding me however I wont replicate it.

Where did I go?
I've been to Method as I earlier wrote but after getting BiS and clearing a ?&@# content (DS) I decided to go to stormscale for more challenging stuff.

What are you doing now?
I'm atm preparing for ranks since im planning to steal Hydras R1 in Cyclone. It's long to the season ends though so i'm just selling boosts and other services. If your interested you can contact me through Skill Capped or Arenaboost. Just ask for Hektros.

And at last, what do you think about the current situation in Terens?
I hate it, I logged in few days ago hearing there's some newfag guild called "The Reckless" on the horde side acting elitist with getting 8/8HC after like 3-4 nerfs. Sad stuff. Theese guys wouldn't last a second with me and the big boys competing for world ranks. I remember when it was me One Spot and Aether competing in the server. It's over now though after Aether went corrupt accepting huge amounts of gold to boost thana. I also heard betray been in Ensidia however failed hard and got kicked 1-2 weeks later. Funny that you failed even AFTER ensidia split. Proves my point that im the only good thing that has ever gotten out of terenas so far.

Nerf My Age experienced a transitioned to a more casual social guild, many of the founding and original members still call the guild home even today.

Blocking at Booty Bay Fishing contest

I am interested in what people think about blocking the hand-in NPC for this fishing contest.

On Sunday I was the first back to Booty Bay with 40 Speckeled Tastyfish but I couldn't hand them in as there was a Tauren on a big bear sat on top of Riggle Bassbait. I momentarily thought I had gone mad and that he must be elsewhere in that area of Booty Bay and as I did, the Tauren's guild-mate came along and handed in his 40 fish (the Tauren moving to facilitate this of course).

The Tauren then laughed at me, I swore at him and was then told by another player that I shouldn't complain and that blocking was not cheating but an "intelligent use of game mechanics".

I firmly believe this is cheating. Contests like this rely on a whole lot of RNG luck and a fair bit of skill. If the only way you can win it is by preventing other people from doing so then you are cheating.

Unfortunately, Blizzard seem to think this is acceptable behaviour. I raised a ticket and they said that they couldn't tell what had happened (despite being given the names and guild of the players involved and told about timings and chat etc etc) and that I can try again next week.

I will of course try again this weekend but may well resort to cheating myself if Blizzard implicity support it (which they do by doing nothing to prevent, discourage or investigate it).

Of course, if I had had greater presence of mind when I was trying to hand in the fish I could have grabbed a quick screenshot of the Tauren on his bear on top of Riggle but I was in blind panic thinking that I might just win this damned contest after god knows how many attempts and was more concerned with the disappeared Riggle than taking photos.

I want to buy Essence of Air, which is best farmed from air elementals in the northwest corner of sithilus. Unless there are other people there farming (the spawn rate means that there is enough to keep one person going more or less constantly but with two you will be hanging about waiting to tag spawns) you should easily be able to farm 20 per hour. I will buy all you cod to me for 50g each.

Don't kill the named one, if you do they stop spawning until the named spawns again, at least that is how it used to work.

Kind of mind-numbing tbh but it is good money if you want to build up some cash for mists.

Cod to Fian, horde side. I will Edit & reply to this post once I get enough that I want to stop buying, and I will continue to buy for 2 days after i do so.

WTB essence of air, 40g each. [horde]

The best place to farm essence of air is in the north western corner of sithilus. Lots and lots of level 60 air elementals, just wander around and kill and loot them. don't kill the named air elemental or they will stop spawing for a while.

You should be easily able to farm 20 in an hour, cod them to "Fian" for 40g each and there is 800 - 1k gold for your hours work, not to mention whatever you get in other drops.
